| Answer: | Mine came completely assembled when I received it. On the middle bar, the silver crossbar slid down making it open up. At the bottom of the center bar, once it's opened up are the floor leveling Cisco's. Just turn the wing nut to tighten. Then you have adjustable side knobs to lower and higher the actual bar. |
