Answer:	I have this model. I bought it based on the 10-Star ratings I found when I did online research. So far I've never had a surge or spike that activated mine. You obviously bought one that did. If the User Manual that came with it didn't show how to reset, you might want to contact their Customer Service (1-877-800-4272) or Technical Support (1-800-555-2725). If these number's aren't current, then go to their website and click on Contact. This company has been around since 1981, and their longevity gives creedence to the quality of their products. Question:	How much weight can it hold
Answer:	Not sure what the recommended weight limit is but my husband and I walk on them with our Granddaughter and they do not bend or give at all. Very sturdy and don’t move even with our 145 and 175 lbs. These have been great for our granddaughters balance and confidence.
Question:	Can you take the rope off and on
Answer:	yes, the rope in in a knot but you can untie them and move the stepping blocks if you wanted to. You also receive two extra pieces of rope. My grandson loves them
