Answer:	Hmm, it depends on how often you use it and on how many feet! I use it almost every day on four shod feet and only spray the nail holes (since he doesn't have thrush) to keep the foot dried out. The can lasts over a month, probably closer to two. My other horse has better feet so I only spray two shod front feet nail holes a couple of times a week and the can lasts and lasts in that circumstance. I've been using this product for about a year - it's really helpful for the moist conditions in FL.

Answer:	Yes, I wore gloves and you just have to have a good sized lump of it and press it into the crevices. Press, and spread. I went through it pretty quickly but I was treating two horses. If you can afford a big jar or multiple jars you may need them. But if you want to test it out just go with one to start.

Answer:	I use this in holes behind his hoof wall where infection has set in, to keep mud and manure out and let it heal. I would pack it in an abscess, with antibacterial medication in first. I have had good experience with promoting healing this way. My old jack has been badly foundered and has poor hoof health in general. The hoof clay helps me minimize his suffering.

Answer:	I believe mine was sealed. The liquid seems to be part of the oil that naturally separates so I just stir in. It is a dark green/gray putty type substance.

Answer:	It will help dry it out, but you need to have your vet or farrier check it regularly so it doesn't become something more serious.

Answer:	Order the gel in the tube (item 29738). Clean the hooves well, keep dry, put the gel on the bottom of the hoof and let the horse stand in a clean dry area while it soaks in. Then, let the horse go out as usual. This was my farrier's instruction.

Answer:	The active ingredient in it is Methedyne-B. This is a great product that I would recommend to anyone. I have warmblood mare that started getting white line, No matter what we did we could not get ahead of. After one month of use it was almost completely gone. After a second month of trimming it was gone. we live in Northern Florida and had an extremely wet winter. I was very happy with this and loved the results that we got from it.
