Question:	That size for a 8 year old of 6 years old
Answer:	You should get the 9, because you will want some toe room, yet the freeness around the ankle for easy footwear removal that the 8.5 won't give you. The freeness around the ankle is good, because after a while - and especially for us men - we want to remove our footwear with ease. We DON'T want to untie and retie laces over and over again. So, if you become like me, you will want to eventually put your left foot in the left boot and pull your left heel up to the back ankle of the boot - the front of your ankle should press forcefully outward against the tongue of the boot - and loosen the laces down to the toes, and loosely tie the laces. Then slip your foot back down into the boot. Next, pull your ankle up again and test the loose-fittedness of the boot. Do the same with the other boot. With a few attempts you will eventually understand tying both boots in such a way as to slip your feet in them and pull the padded collar upward to force your heels downward, and to pull your heels upward while pushing the padded collar downward so as to slip your feet out of the boots. This keeps your boots tied and your feet ready for slipping your boots easy on and easy off. You may have already done this with your shoes...same principle. I wish you the best!
Question:	Does this helmet come with a bag
Answer:	I would have to say probably not. Or it would cost almost as much as buying a new pair. When the uppers of my boots separated from the sole I could see that there is no goodyear welt(the standard for resoling shoes). The uppers are only glued to the sole which makes it much more difficult to resole and thus probably not worth the expense.
Question:	I measured my head and it was exactly 21.5" (or 54.61 cm). I am an adult, would you recommend a small or a medium
Answer:	I have not treated my boots and haven't had any issues. The leather seems to be water repppellent as advertised. I don't plan to seal my boots as I don't want the leather to darken.
Question:	What is better for kids? Small or extra small? A small fits me, except for being slightly tight. I'm thinking an extra small might work
Answer:	I would err on the larger size as it is less trouble to fill the bigger shoes by wearing thicker socks than fitting the smaller shoes by trimming your feet.

Answer:	You can remove it easily as it has little button clips holding it on but not certain that you could then put it back on as buttons would pop out. Plus you'd sortof ruin the look of that nice leather like hat band. Maybe just buy a style without the visor. It's a great helmet.

Answer:	The helmet is supposed to be a snug fit. Not uncomfortable, but your head should not move around a lot in it.

Answer:	I can tell you that I bought the 7 1/2 size. It is a Large and the 7 1/2 sizing refers to Hat Size. I too was confused, and decided to order the largest size available and try it on, and if it did not fit, to return it. Luckily, it fit so I kept the helmet and have been very happy with it, in both summer and winter. I would buy it again. Hope that this helps you.
