User questions & answers

Question: Could be adjusted to fit a 14h paso
Answer: It is but designed for horses.
Question: what is the longest this bridle will go bit to bit
Answer: There are not usually any blood tests pulled at Open or 4H shows. Only approved higher level shows regularly test for drugs. With that being said, I do not know if the tryptophan will show up as a prohibited substance. You would do well to check with whichever governing body disapproving the show to see if there are any prohibitions.
Question: I have a paint horse and her head is big, will this fit her
Answer: 20 pouches - depending on your horse's weight, you need 1 to 2 pouches per day. I don't remember exact cutoff, but I think it was 1 pouch up to 1,250 lbs, 2 pouches if over that. By the way, I was extremely pleased with the results!
Question: I have a 17 hand Percheron mix gelding with a very big head. Do you think this will fit him
Answer: Maybe a day or 2 after coming off of steady state dosing, depending on the root cause of your horse's anxiety, and stimuli in the environment.

User questions & answers

Question: Would this fit a clydesdale mare? 18 hands
Answer: I had to punch extra holes in mine and it goes about 45 inches. The longest hole on the throat latch is at about 40 inches. I added a hole to that as well.Hope this helps. It's a great bridle!
Question: My Tennessee Walker has a long face, will this headstall fit a larger horse
Answer: I have used this bridle for two quarter horses, average to big heads. There is plenty of room for expansion. It is a very supple bridle, and I'm planning on ordering another one.
Question: What size are the conchos
Answer: I am thinking it will probably not fit your Percheron. I have a 17 hand Tennessee Walker; he seems to have a long head but not a thick head. It fits him but he couldn't be much bigger. Sorry, I don't have a better answer and measurements for you.
Question: How long are the reins
Answer: I believe it was about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks to start. It is a great product and I still use it.
