Answer:	Hi JBinCA, You are right, there are 3 corks, - two air corks and one cork for water/sand filling. The reason there is one cork on the bottom (the bass part) is to inflate the base after filling it with water. after filling the bottom part with water (and closing back the water cork), it will not look aesthetic, so this why we included an air cork there - To fill it with air after filling with water. Do not worry, the water will not leak from this cork even while filling with air. We designed special corks which will avoid it! The product comes with great detailed instructions, so there will not be any question while installing the product :)

Answer:	We used and electric air pump for inflatables.

Answer:	Our recommendation is that the punching bag will weigh 75-90 LB after filling with water/sand, the punching bag itself weighs about 2 lb, this will make the punching bag stable on the floor for any kind of punch and kick.
