| Answer: | You won't need a specific kind. You just need to use standard size weights. They can be metal or the cement/plastic ones. I have noticed with mine that I need a lot of weight to hold it down. My bag is 100lbs and I weigh 240, not sure if your bag and self weighs less means you can use less weight to stabilize it, but I would us more to be safe. |

| Answer: | I would be willing to measure how tall yours is but I have no idea where your bag stand is. That being said, I did measure mine. To the very top of the bolt on top it measures 87". I hope this helps out. |

| Answer: | It swings around a lot when you strike it if you have no weights holding it! you're going to need some barbell weights to hold it in place. I have a couple of 25lb plates and it does not move when I punch or kick it. |
