Answer:	All you need is an air pump with a needle. It's the same as filling a basketball. I used a handheld basketball pump and you can buy a needle for a couple dollars usually in a pack of three at anywhere that sells sports equipment.

Answer:	I started with a larger bag when I was 13 (1943). It must have been an 8" X !1" which apparently is now known as a "military bag".
