Question:	I'm living in an apartment, do the jumping will be loud
Answer:	I used it @ 220 pounds. No problems at all.
Question:	Would my toes be stuck into the springs when I jumping
Answer:	Printed instructions clearly state repeatedly "always use two or more strong people to unfold or fold" and warn that failure to do so "can cause serious bodily injury or death." That said, I was able to open it without trouble standing on one side and pushed the other half down. (5'8" 45-year old female of about 150lbs and average fitness level) However, I should have waited for help, I was just so excited to try it. One of the pins was not in the correct position, and it got stuck in the joint. Can't fix that and now, can't close it at all. Definitely READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and it's probably worthwhile to have another person help to eliminate the possibility of injury.
Question:	Seller says the trampoline can support up to 300 pounds, is that true
Answer:	This is our 3rd one. Our 1st was with springs and it was crap. It lasted no time with a 5 year old. Then we got the straps and the first one last a few years with our young son, when he got older and most of the straps broke, we got a 2nd one. This lasted 6 months of COIVID shelter in place. My son is tall and jumps hard. BUT here is the great news, you can replace the black trampoline part for 15 dollars plus ship[ping. Just call STAMINA products. We bought 2 so we would not have to order again in 6 months. The silver cover is crap and we never use it because it breaks in a week. We cover the screw bit with packing foam and duct tap. My son can jump hard and will not hit his feet on the screws. This is a great product for kids & even better now that I can replace the black trampoline part for 15 bucks!
Question:	How sturdy the steel spring would be? I have no idea if I should buy a trampoline with bands or trampoline with steel springs
Answer:	It is almost silent when I jump. Considering the springs would rub the frame, I have put a little bit of chain oil between them to extend their life.

Question:	Would it is noisy when I jump? I'm really don't want to see my annoying neighbors complain about the sound
Answer:	These lasted over a year for me until i lost them. Used for Heavy lifting, sharp cut wood, steel wire fence, hand tools, and even motorcycle riding. Genuine leather is not elastic; once stretched it does not retain its shape but traps in heat. Material4x is more elastic and doesn't over stretch as much nor tears apart like leather will when dried out. Material4X will not insulate at all though.
Question:	Can the handle height be suitable for 7 years old kid
Answer:	The Materiel 4X gloves are made of a microfiber synthetic leather and are great for construction use and material handling. I would recommend the Ethel line or a cut resistant glove.
Question:	How to fold this trampoline up
Answer:	Most of the time Mechanix will replace a defective glove even if they have been worn. You should contact the supplier who sold you the gloves. Answer:	It is not worth it, you will need to replace everything that is compatible with it, the legs for the trampoline as well as the enclosure. The 16 Ft trampoline also uses a different size spring then what you used until now...

Answer:	I have gone through this scenario of trying to find the right Matt, I actually went through to mats just to find the right one. Make sure that you count the amount of rings that you currently have and the manufacture should have a measurement instruction on how to measure it across and how tall your trampoline is

Measure your frame from one outside edge to other outside edge - vertically and horizontally so you get the correct measurements.

Step 2

Determine the number of v-rings your mat will need by counting the frame holes.

Step 3

Measure the spring size your trampoline has from hook to hook.

In order to figure out the mats actual measurement.

Measure your trampoline from frame to frame, subtract two times the spring measurement - (Spring size - from hook to hook), Then subtract 5 inches. The result is the actual mat size from V-ring to V-ring straight across.

Example: Frame size 14-feet, subtract 7.5-inch for the spring x 2 is 15 inches, subtract an additional 5 inches = 12-feet with 4-inch. This is the actual mat size with the V-rings.

Question:	Does each bolt hold two poles or only one pole
Answer:	Sorry, I gave the wrong answer yesterday. The bolt holds two poles. It attaches the top poles (that secure the net) to the poles that are the legs if the trampolines. You do need 2 u bolts for each connection. For my trampoline I needed 12 bolts.
Question:	Will this work on an orcc trampoline
Answer:	Good question! To know if this product will work with your brand trampoline you will need to know two things, one is the diameter of your trampolines legs and the second is the diameter of the enclosure poles you have. This product is only made to work with enclosure poles no larger than 1" in diameter and with legs no larger than 1.5" in diameter. All Upperbounce trampoline legs and enclosure poles are 1.5" in diameter. I am not familiar with orcc brand sizing but if those measurements match up this item will work for your trampoline. The best way to be absolutely sure they will work with your model trampoline is to physically measure the diameter of your enclosure poles and trampoline legs.
