Answer:	It does not glow by itself, that one glows a little for a while like the stickers kids put up in their room that will glow after you turn off the light. To be honest the orange one is more visible in low light circumstances.

Answer:	It depends. I would say a Magic Sponge for minor scuffs. For something more major, try very fine sand paper.
Question:	How do you clean up a marred disc
Answer:	I love doing that but for this one I would want to use very often playing on sand/grass/dirt for ultimate frisbee or throw around and use my old one for the asphalt. Why not buy 2 - 1 for long lasting and 1 for damage or whatever up to you :)
