Answer:	The basket deploys to one set position with a fixed height. You could be creative with a wooden dowel to get a few inches of height due to how the legs fold out.

Answer:	I feel like you couldn't go wrong with either basket, as they function well and are both high quality products. I prefer the DGA basket because I felt it more closely resembled the basket I see out on the course. Personally I haven't traveled with mine much, so if I had to do it over again I probably would've spent a little more and got an all metal professional basket. These travel baskets don't catch the off center putts as well and therefor force a more accurate putt, this is a plus for practice and a negative if using for an optional hole out on the course. Standard Shift Position

In this position, the Mach Shift is assembled with a conventional catching area with two rows of chain. This is perfect for emulating the catching zone you will find at your local course.
