Question:	Are these really made of hardwood
Answer:	Oh yeah! Really nice hardwood, actually. This is a good product. It is well made, nicely finished, and works well if mounted properly. Nothing really fancy (compared to some much larger cue racks), but inexpensive and attractive, in a minimalist sort of way. Just take care in deciding how far apart to mount the 2 pieces; they need to be far enough apart for the thicker cues to fit, yet close enough for the shorter cues to also fit. Just something to consider before you do the installation. Highly recommended!
Question:	Could this be used to display vintage golf clubs
Answer:	I think it could work, but you would have to adjust a bit. They would have to be mounted on the wall closer together than you would for cue sticks as the clips on the top piece would have to be down below the grips on the clubs as they won't support anything too wide & you may have to put blocks of wood behind the ends of the bottom piece where you mount it to the wall in order for the heel of the clubs to sit in the grooves properly (as most clubs are angled & not straight up & down) & this of course would require longer screws than those it comes with - for mounting the bottom piece to the wall. Hope this helps!
Question:	I have chair rail measures 1"from the wall.I have to run the bottom below and the top above the chair rail. How far do the sticks sit from the wall
Answer:	At the base the sticks are about 3/8" from the wall. As you go up thr stick tapers so the gap gets bigger. I have mine about 48" apart. At the top holder they are 1 1/4" from wall. You could always add blocks behind these and use longer screws to hold them to wall.
Question:	How wide are the wall mounts for pool sticks
Answer:	The one I received has 2 decorative pieces for each end of the baee, making a total width of 18" wide. It is 1+1/2" high & 1+1/4 " deep. Base piece has a block that is 1+1/4" square in back on each end for mounting & top piece mounts flush to the wall. Divets on base for holding cue sticks are 3/4" wide & hold our cues with about 1+1/4" width just fine, with plenty of room in between each cue. Very nice piece!

Question:	Doe the legs have levelers
Answer:	It would partly be determined by whether you have ball returns or baskets and what size the current cue ball is. If the balls are 2 1/4 inch and the cue ball is 2 1/2, you'd need a 2 1/2 inch cue ball. If all the balls are 2 1/4 inches, you may have to buy both sizes of cue ball to see if a magnetic 2 1/4 will work or you need a 2 1/2. A table from the 70's with a coin mechanism should have a magnetic return, but the only way to know for sure is to try both types of cue balls to see which one works. If you're an occasional bar or league player, ask to borrow a magnetic cue ball overnight just to try one out. Any pool room or bar with coin-op tables will have extra magnetic cue balls.

Answer:	Valley Dynamo started using the magnetic cue ball return mechanism in the mid 1960's. Virtually all coin operated pool tables is use today will work with both the magnetic cue balls or the slightly oversized cue balls that used to be more common.

Question:	Why is there no hardware to mount it, and there are no holes on the backs of any of the pieces so I have no idea to hang it up
Answer:	I think you just got a bad package. Mine contained drywall anchors, and the rack itself had triangular hanging hardware already attached. I attached an additional l-bracket at the bottom for stability.

Answer:	The circle is a little over 3 1/4 inch in diameter, the cone chalk that I have is 4 1/2 inch in diameter. So no, the center circle is too small for cone chalk.

Answer:	At your own risk...they don’t have anything holding them in at the bottom. Just a little divot.

Answer:	It depends on the length of cues you have. If you have the traditional 57" cue, then the racks should be about 42" apart.

Answer:	Up, zoom into the picture and you can see the holes the sticks go through at the top. Great rack, we have had it for 7 years with no issues.

Answer:	Yes, the holes are exactly 16" apart. That said, I did not bother to find the studs but instead centered the rack in the space on the wall as the wrack does not put much stress on the mounting screws and using typical drywall mounting works just fine.
