However I have received them from Amazon when the chicken jerky has been hard, like so hard they snap in two. That means they're not fresh, even though they are packaged in a vacuum sealed bag. She'll still eat them, but she prefers the soft chewy jerky just like human beef jerky you'd buy in a 7/11 store. Good luck.
