Answer:	Depends on your current level of fitness; since you are asking, I'm assuming that your level is on the beginner side so I would suggest anywhere from 8 - 12 pounds. I personally have the 12 and get more than enough stress with that weight, though my fitness level is not that of a beginner.

Answer:	I cannot help you here. My Grandboys are 3 and 18 months, so they cannot hit the balls hard enough to get it near any windows. The balls are plastic, and I am not certain they could break a window, however, I also know that there can be breakage if hit just right (I know of a window that was broken by a small bird flying into it).

Answer:	Probably so. We played on the beach this summer at night and it was really fun. We were careful to not let the balls go into the water but these are solid and not delicate. The light is contained in a small recess in the ball and there is a gasket so playing in the snow would be fine. They might not roll in light snow but on a hard packed driveway they'd be really fun.
