Question: Do I remove the 4 sets of 4 screws underneath the table
Answer: I’m not positive of the answer, as I didn’t set ours up, however I do know that there is a way to help keep the playing surface level and it is under the table. I suspect that the screws are for that purpose. I would read or google before taking them out. Good luck!
Question: How is the product shipped? I.e. will they assist in putting it in the room of your house you want it in
Answer: We paid a guy to help my husband flip this table over once the legs get screwed on - extremely long and heavy - very awkward to deal with. We had 2 large french doors that opened at the ground level to the game room - so it was very easy for the delivery guys to get it in the room. If you have any kind of narrow stairs or difficult entry to the room where you plan on having this - this is not the table for you - Also, this game is meant to be on as long a table as possible for it to be challenging - so I wouldn't get one of the shorter lengths - wont be a long term game for the family - everyone will get bored....Finally - you really need a big room for this piece unless it's the only thing you are putting in the room - it takes up a lot of space...
Question: How long does it take to assemble? Is it just screwing on legs? And do you need sand or does it only require the wax
Answer: "Wax" and "sand" are used interchangeably. As others have mentioned, the table is shipped with a can of high quality Playcraft medium wax. 9 and 12 foot tables have two legs. 14 and 16 foot tables have three legs. For the Woodbridge there are 4 bolts and two leg levelers per leg. The hardest part of assembly is managing the weight of the table and safely turning it over without using the legs for leverage. Once assembled and upright, the last stage is to remove the shipping screws from under the playfield. It is a 15-30 minute process in total.
Question: In the pictures, it looks like there are only numbers on one end of the board. Are there numbers on both ends

Question: The description says it comes with speed wax but we received our shuffleboard yesterday and there was no speed wax included
Answer: Ours didn’t come with wax either and I had to order some separately. I recommend using a slow wax. You can use plain corn meal while you wait for your wax to arrive.
Question: It states that climate adjusters are included are they already mounted on bottom of the butcher block
Answer: They are already mounted. The only thing you have to do when it arrives is attach the legs.

Answer: Yes, the Telluride is available in espresso and honey finishes and lengths of 12', 14', 16', 18' and 22'
Question: Is there much difference in the play between 14 ft and 16 ft. Trying to decide the size to buy
Answer: No not much

Answer: I have a 16' table, my playing surface width is 20" exact.
Question: How wide is the playing surface and how thick is the block
Answer: The actual puck sliding surface is 19.75" wide & is 2.75" thick.
