Answer:	Not as it comes. It doesn't have any plates in it, just foam padding. You could buy stab resistant plates, but your sides would be exposed.

Answer:	It's an adjustable vest, just tighten it down. I'm 6'0 and 225 and it fits fine. All I did was adjust it.

Answer:	No. The size of the vest is adjustable from Medium to X- Large, so you need to pay attention to the sizing when you decide to buy it.

Answer:	Yes it will, but loosely. The plates aren't held up very high in the plate area. Although you can probably add more Velcro on the strap to help hold the plate carrier very snug.

Question:	Many of these vests for men have the front zipper backwards or in other words, positioned as for a women’s vest. Is the font zipper on this wrong
Answer:	I have looked at a lot of utility vest and I believe all vest of this type have the zipper with the control arm mounted on the left. In other words, arranged the same as women's outfits with zippers. Why, there's no real reason, it's just the way their produced. The zipper working the opposite of mens outfits shouldn't keep you from purchasing a utility vest if you have need of one. I needed "pockets" so I chose to purchase two vest, so far.

Answer:	If you are tall and slim it might ride high. I got the vest for a 17 yr old Male about 5'7" 180 and ight fits good on him.

Question:	Im looking for a vest i can put an old set of soft kevlar panels in for a weight/workout vest. Can i remove the foam and put the panels in
