Answer:	Its not a substitute. The sand bag, overall, works more body parts. Example, squats...the way I do squats with the bag is one of two ways. The traditional way ..pick it up off the floor and place it on your shoulders and do reps. Or...pick it up off the floor do a rep ..take off your shoulders, drop it on the floor.. do it again. Bench press...you cant do it with a bag. Triceps, cant do it with bag...not successfully anyway. I enjoy the bag because it gives me a overall workout. I do combine it with body weight exercises. The one thing I have noticed, plates bulk you up. Sandbags combined with body weight exercise, makes you leaner. Its my story and I'm sticking to it...LOL. Answer:	I would not do that with this bag. Also it holds a max of 40 lbs.
Question:	Can I buy just the yellow bags individually. I gave a whole system to someone but one of the yellow bags sprang a leak
Answer:	I don't know if you can buy the bags individually or not. I'd try contacting SKLZ directly. Here's the Link and their phone number http://shop.sklz.com/performance/super-sandbag-/invt/apdsb7502 Phone # 877-225-7275 (Customer Service). I found on their website you can click on Customer Service and they will ask for your email as well. I don't know if Amazon sells just the filler bags or not. If you wish to repair just the leak I'd suggest removing contents of that bag and set it aside. Now, use Gorilla tape on the outside seams of the filler bag to reinforce them and help with stopping the leak. Also, I never filled my bags with sand, I use rice in mine. Rice is less likely to leak since its more dense than sand. I hope one of those suggestions works for you, good luck.

Answer:	There are a total of 6 handles. Two are located on each of the ends of the bag, two are located on the 'top' (mounted parallel to the length of the bag), and two are on the 'bottom' (mounted perpendicular to the length of the bag). "Top" and "Bottom" are relative to the position of the bag, of course.

Answer:	It comes with four bags to fill sand in which I just did and they all fit in if you do it like the video on Amazon. Long ways two on the bottom and two on top and face the the opening of the bag to the middle. Don’t listen to Thomas Plourde he is dead wrong they definitely all fit in the bag.

Answer:	It depends how think the umbrella poll is. I purchased a product that these weights were advertised on in Amazon, and their polls were too thick. We had to use zip ties to secure the sand bags to the polls.

Answer:	We filled an empty 2 liter soda bottle with water and put one in each slot, so two bottles per bag. You could fill them with sand too. Probably 10-15 lbs per bag maybe :)

Question:	Do we need to buy additional base as we see in the pictures
Answer:	You need to buy either a sandbag (bag and sand sold separately) or another device you fill with water to go around the base! We love the umbrella but it would have been nice of them to say that you need these extras so your umbrella won’t fall over if you blow on it!

Question:	Is the velcro long enough to go around legs on a canopy swing
Answer:	I would think so. They go around the 3/4" square metal tube legs on my tent. With a bit to spare. In the unlikely event that the velcro straps are not as long as you need, you could extend then with a bit of additional velcro.
Question:	So these are just empty bags
Answer:	Yes. Heavy canvas bag that you fill with sand. They have Velcro straps that attach to any canopy.
Question:	Will the velcro strap fit around a square pole - 1.5" each side/6" total circumference
Answer:	Yes. Each velcro strap is 4 1/4 inches long. At it's widest this would give you an 8" loop with a 1/2" overlap.
Question:	How many pounds of sand do you need per bag
Answer:	I used 1 50lb bag of play sand. I put the sand into quart size ziploc bags. 3 quart bags full of sand per sandbag.

Question:	can these be filled part way, then closed and hung horizontally on a metal bar without the sand spilling out
Answer:	I just don't know if that will work. I'm wondering if the sand will leak out of the top closure and you will also have to figure or a way to secure them to the metal pole horizontally instead of vertically.
Question:	will it fit a 5 inch round pole
Answer:	I filled gallon sized ziplock bags with sand then inserted ziplock into each sleeve of pouch. Once filled, the straps should be long enough to circle your 5 inch pole.

Answer:	No
Question:	We want to use sand bags to hold our boat cover on. Is there any way to attach these to a carabiner
Answer:	Yes,the loop on top could be used,or there is a long vertical open strap under that ,which runs down the center.

Question:	could i use range scrap instead of lead shot
Answer:	If you could fit 50 pounds in it you could carry it. The luggage is well made and durable - but small - maybe lead or gold bars would fit.
Question:	Which is correct for large weight bag ? three dimensions listed: 10" x 16" x 2.5" , 10" x 16" x 25" , product details says 8.5 x 5.5 x 2 inches
Answer:	The small carry-on size suitcase would not fit under the seat. The dimensions are too large and there is no give with the hard side case. It will fit in the overhead bin though.
Question:	will it carry lead sled
Answer:	Definitely not. It’s Carry on for overhead bins but not hand luggage
