Answer:	Hello,the magnifcation is based on different bullet diameter.We use 20X-50X to see different bullets during our testing.Remember that at max 60X magnifaction ,the focal point short.Fine tuning is need since it's real 60X,we know the larger magnifaction,the lower solid of the image.Keep the scope stable,find the target in low magnifaction,magnify the view from low to high magnifaction.

Answer:	This scope is very clear and has a beautiful zoom. At 100 yards you should be able to see the impacts as they happin. This is NOT a rifle scope. Its a spotting scope. You dont mount this on your rifle. Just to be clear. It really is a nice scope. You should be able to see a flies backside at 100 yards.
Question:	Did you buy the scope for hunting?Is the focus ring easy to use?Light weight compact to take
Answer:	I got it primarily for zeroing in and target use, and it works well for that purpose. Both the zoom and focus rings are easy to use and it is very light to carry. I recently found myself using it to watch a pregnant deer on my property about 100+ yards away. As she turned around, I was able to zoom in and see a very full utter - she was close. Her twin fawns were born the following day.

2. Adjust the magnifaction knob to the lowest 20x
3. Find the target by moving the tripod hands holder.Then adjust the 'Focus knob' to find the best view.If you need a larger or smaller target view,adjust the 'Magnifiaction knob' to get the view size you need first and then Fine-tuning the 'Focus knob' to make the view clearly.
4. Mount the digiscoping adapter kit.

Question:	Can this be mounted on a tripod
Answer:	I believe the 8x26 mm ones come with a case, but it is so large and bulky that when traveling (which is the only time we use them instead of 8x42's) we store them in a soft cloth bag with a drawstring, to save space and make them more accessible. We leave the neck strap in attached to the binoculars and allow it to dangle out of the mouth of the small storage bag.
Question:	Works with htc desire
Answer:	I did not have good luck with my Carson RD 8X42 binoculars. My first pair arrived exhibiting a cloudy or milky film in the bottom of the view. This did not cover the entire view but maybe the bottom 10% or so. I ordered a second pair, same thing. I sent back a pair to Carson which also did not improve the image. I tried to engage them with a conversation - was I using the binoculars correctly, to no avail. I don't know the answer to your question, but I'd stay away from Carson.
Question:	Works with an iphone 7 plus
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. The RDs have two loops on either side for a neck strap or harness. These are closed loops, so unless you use something that will attach to the belt loop and then the binoculars, it won't attach directly.
Question:	why will it not work with my rifle scope
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. It depends how much ambient lighting there is. In general, a larger objective lens diameter will gather more light, and while a compact pair of binoculars is more portable and convenient, a pair with a larger objective lens (like an 8x42mm) will be better to use in the dark. Usually, concerts tend to have a fair amount of artificial light though, so this may not be an issue.

Answer:	I çould not find any labelling for the materials. I have a latex allergy and haven't had any issues. They do seem well built.

Answer:	Thank you for your question and your consideration of our binoculars. Yes, you can use them. Some of our customers however, find they do not need their glasses while looking through the binoculars lenses. They can however be used with glasses.
Question:	Will this fit an iphone 6 and iphone 7 and 7 plus? will it fit those phones with a medium-thick protective case on them
Answer:	I don’t know the manufacturer’s stated IPD range and can’t find it listed. On the narrow end, it works fine for me with 61mm IPD but there isn’t much adjustment to decrease it further. If the lens covers are removed, that allows a tad more adjustment since they interfere with fully closing the binocular. Just from measuring the lenses I’d guess around 60mm-72mm is the range but you’d be better off asking Meade if near the edges of these values.

Step 1

Mount the adapter on the scope. Screw top knob into the end. Align the half hole on the shield and the center of the eyepiece by sliding down the shield.

Step 2

Align the center of the camera and the centre of the half hole on the shield. Tighten the phone.

Step 3

Open your camera. Slowly insert the adapter. Tighten the eyepiece clamp when the image is sharp.

Answer:	I used this binoculars for the first time. At first, I spent about 5 minutes focusing. When I use it again later, I can focus easily and quickly.I hope these tips can help you.1. Before focusing, you need to adjust the left and right telescopes to find the most suitable distance until you get a circular image. 2. Please you could try to twist up the eye cups if you find the vision is not comfortable and clear.3.Gradually adjust the central wheel and right eye ring to focus until you get satisfied vision.

Answer:	Yes. Have this basic model for years now. Works great, especially for comparing small differences in temperature from one surface to another... like heat or cooling losses through house, heat gain inside home in summer with sun heat. I have the micro SD camera and new Samsung has S connector so need adapter: MUST be special adapter cable not the cheapest one. Some micro/S fail to send all communications through.

Answer:	I've used it on a nexus 7(2013), and my Galaxy tab S. the nexus 7 has the port facing the wrong way. made viewing strange. I also tried with an extension cable. It mostly worked. best to have a tablet where the longest side of the micro USB port is the back of the tablet.

Answer:	My best guess is no because the ipod has rounded edgesAlthough both devices use anodized aluminum "unibody" housings, the iPhone 5 models have essentially flat sides with "diamond cut" chamfered aluminum around the edge and an aluminum back with glass portions at the top and bottom to allow mobile and data signals to penetrate the case. The iPod touch 5th Gen models have almost an entirely aluminum back with gently rounded sides and a small plastic cutout in the upper right hand corner for signal penetration.

Answer:	The farthest object I have viewed so far was the moon (about 250,000 miles) and that was crystal clear. Since then I had soupy skies or rain, or snow and I have not been able to get out there for more observing. I viewed geese and mallards in a park from several hundred feet. They were crystal clear and with true colors. When the weather warms up, I'll check out Jupiter and some stars and clusters and see how that goes.

Answer:	Clearly, in normal day light even on a overcast day I can read newspaper print at 200 yards. I can see the bullet holes in my targets at a distance in excess of 350 yards and I have clearly been able to recognize someone up to three miles away. This is an excellent spotting scope
