Answer:	It is not a pretty system when it comes to changing the batteries. You have to be careful because the circuit board falls out with the battery. Some reassembly is then required. Hopefully the company addresses this in they next model remake. Nice tester otherwise

Answer:	I have both pin and pinless meters. I typically use the pinless meter where pins would mar the surface finish. Pinless works just as well on roughsawn material.

Answer:	a DOT is the brightest, LINE is second brightest, CROSS has a fade because the Second Line has to go through more internal mirrors to be formed from one Laser Beam. All of them Fade because they are not perfectly straight lines and the Horizontal line is the Second Line formed in this device. In a bathroom it worked perfectly for lining up tile on all the walls across from each other as well as the same walls. Your not using it to build a watch at a 100 feet.

Answer:	The 16340 battery that came with my green laser is a lithium-ion rechargeable type. You can also use non- rechargeable CR123 batteries. No charger came with the laser, but chargers are readily available. Search “16340 charger” on Amazon to see your options. Many chargers handle multiple cell sizes. I already have a charger for the larger 18650 cell which is very common.
