Answer:	I've washed these socks over 15 times now. When I received them vs. now, the width has not changed however the length has shrunk by about 2 inches. I love these socks and I have to admit that I have not tried stretching out the length. The width at the calf is 6 inches unstretched but will go up to 8 inches comfortably and 10 inches if I really tug on them.

Answer:	These should work well for you. I don't care for thick socks either; I wore these while on the job recently during Chicago's Feb. 2021 cold snap and I work on my feet, at a very drafty drive thru window. Answer:	Not sure how much a penny weighs but i use a nickel to tare my scale make sure its even, as a good one weighs exactly 5 grams. I prefer the two decimal point reading for smaller weights.

Question:	What type/size of lithium batteries are required [aa, aaa or button]
Answer:	I'm not sure, but I guess because they use organic cotton which comprises 98% of the sock and 2% is spandex probably used to help keep the socks from falling down. My guess would be they're within the law to call it what they do. But whatever its called it's quite a nice sock and in my opinion much better than socks that aren't using cotton let alone organic cotton that makes up 98% of the products. It's not a perfect world but it's a really nice sock.
Question:	How long is it warrantied for? How long would last if used every day
Answer:	I wear a size 7.5 shoe. I don’t recall the specific shoe size recommendations for the Vero Monte socks. However, I do know I bought the size larger than that recommended for a 7.5 shoe size. The size I bought included a 8.5 shoe size. The size printed on the box is “M/L” ... I’m very happy I bought a size larger. They are perfect! The recommended size would have been okay, but I believe they would have been a tad bit tighter than I what wanted. I liked them so much I ordered 2 more sets of 4 pairs. Now I have 12 pairs!!! Nice company too. If my regular shoe size was 7 (which I wear occasionally) I would still be happy with the M/L size I bought.
Question:	I was recently given this item as a gift. How to reset it? It just continually measures nothing
Answer:	I bought the size large socks, and there is no seam across the tops of the toes. There is a one-inch seam on each side, one alongside the big toe and one alongside the little toe. These side seams are almost imperceptible and invisible. Very comfortable socks.
Question:	How does this scale do weighing 1/10 of a grain or 1/100 of a grain
Answer:	I am a Plus Size Woman and have ordered these socks three times now. They stretch and fit great, wear like iron, and don't grip too tight around the shin. They DO shrink if you put them in the dryer every time. I recommend laying them out to dry when you are transferring the socks from the washer to the dryer, this way they will last even longer! The only reason I ordered more was because the first set have shrunk so much they no longer stay on my heel. Otherwise, I have not worn them out.

Answer:	This scale measure down to 0.02 grains with 0.01 grain increments. It will be good for reloading.

Answer:	It is not reliable with such small weights. I think such scales come with a minimum starting weight that is often greater than their minimal increment. I threw this away and got a more sensitive one.

Answer:	A 1 dollar bill weighs exactly 1.0 grams. Set the scale to grams, place a dollar bill on the scale of it the scale reads 1.0 grams scale is celebrated.

(mg) Getting more specific in grams you need a more detailed scale which is milligrams (mg) 0.01- look for a digital scale that says jewelry weight or mg scale
Question:	Would this work well for measuring grains
Answer:	I believe this is a confusion between resolution and minimum value. 1 gram resolution means it measures in 1 gram increments without decimal places. It does not mean 1 gram is the minimum it can measure. Based on other answers, the minimum appears to be around 3g, but from there, it will increment by 1g. If you need to measure less than 3g or higher resolution than 1g (reading in decimal values of grams), then you need a different scale, such as a scientific type scale.

Answer:	Yes, but not too bad. They are much better than socks you find in store. Also, I have thick ankles. The only cotton socks that don't seem to leave any lines are Buster Brown all cotton socks, but they have no elastic and sag.
Question:	Doesn't the supreme press have a primer arm on it? Why would it also have a second primer
Answer:	This is 100% cotton, there is only less than 1% Lycra at the top of the cuff to keep sock up. Lycra is not rubber which does not have latex. So, consider 100% Cotton. Thank you so much for your business and support. We really appreciate it.
