Answer:	Hi Allen, Our nose piece design is different from ESS type. Therefore, the ESS prescription optical inserts cannot install on our nose piece. We have our own prescription optical insert, but it's not available on Amazon at the moment. Do you mind my asking the usage of the prescription optical inserts? Is it for nearsighted or farsighted? How about your prescription? I will forward these info to our R&D designers and also our sales in order to provide satisfactory products in the future.

Answer:	I think they are meant to wear alone. I have a solid frame glasses they won't fit well over. Maybe wire frames but do great for what I need.
