Answer:	This harness, at bare minimum could take just a rope tied to the reinforced loop. However for a better time and more versatility, a repel device would be great, figure 8 or a black diamond box. Carabiners for climbing is also a must, more is better. This is not a full body harness, so a lanyard with any kind of fall could have some serious consequences, but for general climbing, rock, tree, gym, this is a great budget option.

Answer:	The harness is rated to 22kn which is 4,945 lbs. So definitely would take your weight. If you do take a fall I would buy another because of the stress put on it after a fall could compromise it's integrity. It's really similar to the Yates harness which is comparable. I would definitely recommend it if your on a budget and need a decent harness. If your putting in long hours in it I would bite the bullet and buy a better one but if your only looking to do some work around the house,whether it be tree work or working on the roof I would definitely buy it. Answer:	I don't believe that it is. The reason is that they misstate the capacity, so even if they claimed it was certified I wouldn't trust that claim. However, It's a pretty good harness. I just wouldn't trust it with a dead fall for more than a couple meters just because I can't trust their claims and therefore don't know just how "good" it is.
Question:	Can i expect full support while using both side d rings? i'm concerned the body harness will slide up into my ribs while using the side d rings
Answer:	The side d rings are designed to be used horizontally, like for a strap to go around a tree. The front d ring is designed for vertical loading so that your legs support your weight. If you were to support your weight with the side d rings the waist harness part will raise up into your ribs just like you are concerned about. It would also be painful because the top of the waist band would also twist and force the top edge of the waist band into your side with a lot of leverage. And it could also cause the leg harness to be pulled up into the old nads, which would probable make the rib pain seem mild in comparison! I looked at the information on amazon for this item and the picture illustrations gave some good insights on how to properly use both sets of d rings. Good Luck!

Answer:	I don't know about "less breathable"- I used mine in August/September to hang lock on tree stands. It was warm, but I only had in on for about 3 hours at a time. I do know that it was the best back support I've had doing that task.

How to put on the safety belt?

Question:	Can you use this for hunting, like a tree saddle
Answer:	I am not sure what a tree saddle is.If you have anchors to connect carabiners to this should keep you connected to a safety line.Use of screw in foot pegs are a plus, unless you are good with boot spikes..I got this to connect myself to a safety line to stop me if I slipped on a wet roof covered with plastic. Working on a tree that uprooted from hard rains. It is ready to fall on a building. Only thing holding it off the building is another tree. I like this harness as it will save me from a fall but I would kind of like one that also had some kind of suspender straps. But they start pushing the price up. I had to get some climbing knot books and some decent carabiners. Good luck and be cautious.
Question:	how big of a waist will it fit
Answer:	It appears to reach around a 48-inch body, but that depends on how high you want it to ride. I would suggest that you order one and try it out. You can return it if necessary. My harness fits me with long underwear and a winter parka. I wear a 36-inch belt with the long underwear. If you are just a big frame, try it. If you are large in the middle with less than proportional arm strength, I would suggest trying someone else's harness and see if you need to use a double wrap through a figure-8, a mechanical repelling device, or another device that might reduce the load put on your breaking hand.

Question:	Can this be use as a safety measure when trimming palm trees
Answer:	Definately you can. This strap will let you free up both hands. But depending on your amount of reach you will need. The closer to the tree trunk the trimming has to be done the better. This safety strap give me a great peace of mind when i hanging tree stands.

Answer:	Yes, it kept me safe for last couple seasons, worked great with the hunter safety harnesses. Don't climb up or down a tree without it!

Answer:	You will need a harness, in addition to this belt. This belt will clip on your right side harness loop, go around the tree and then clip on to your left side harness loop. Harness sold separately.
