Answer:	The Gerber EAB Lite Pocket Knife 22-41830 is my EDC knife and I have it with Irwins because I get them for free from work. It works flawlessly and the way the knife is designed, the set screw not only goes through the slot on the blade but it also pinches it in place. Sorry but I'm going to have to say you have an operator error. That aside, the Lenox are a much higher quality blade that last much longer. I work construction and my blades take a ton of abuse. Lenox have always been my favorite

Answer:	Yes. You can remove the innards and do what you will with them. I warn you - beware of the top. That tiny little knob is useless. Very hard to pick up, especially if you use a pot holder. You have to use a thinner towel. The knob is just so small. It's a real cute little coffee pot, though.*edited for spelling*

Answer:	I have used both Melitta 3 1/2 inch disk coffee filters as well as basket style filters trimmed down to fit the basket, however, filters of any kind are not needed. I use them only to help keep the coffee basket clean. I have used this type of percolator for a dozen years.

Answer:	It fits fine, but not tight. It is hinged. But when you pour from the coffee pot, you use a potholder and place your thumb under the hinged part to keep it closed. It explains this in the instruction book. High quality item!

Question:	Would this be a good blade for cutting steaks on red snappers, tilapia, and catfish
Answer:	The butt of the blades has a taper on one edge and a square edge on the other side. If you grind down the square edge to match the tapered one it will fit the mr twister knife. My youngest son bought a set of rapala blades very cheap and couldn't get them to work so I did this small alteration and they work fine as I used them immediately after modifying them and they worked as well as the factory blades.
