Answer:	Yeah--I am 6ft 185lbs and it felt baggy on me, so I am sure you'll be fine. The actual sleeves/pant legs could be an inch or two short, but the "grassy" part hung down way over my feet/hands, so even if you're a bit taller I think it will work.

Answer:	It would likely fit him in the waist and be able to zip, but I think it would be a little short in the length.
