Question: Would the 4 small pouches hold 10 round 7.62 stripper clips
Answer: No they are too small. One pouch on the end is very small and has a rubberized interior which is designed to hold some type of first aid bandage (Keep it dry). The other 3 pouches are a little bigger and are more designed to hold tools etc (One pouch has a sleeve/slot to put the AK47 cleaning metal tube kit in). The tobacco can cleaning kit in it's cloth pouch fits perfectly in one of the small pouches.

Answer: It has 3 main pouches that hold 1 Ak47 magazine per pouch so 3 total. With some effort and if you don't mind them sticking out you can probably get 2 Ak74 magazines in each of the main pouches.

Answer: As far as I can tell I would say it appears to be actual chicom military surplus. It doesn't appear to be reproduction and appears to be made of good quality. It also has some chinese stamps on the back that look militarish but I don't know what the stamps say. It had some slight mildew on it from storage but was very easy to clean. I leave it loaded as a emergency grab bag because it is great for that since it is so simplistic and light weight.
Question: Will this hold 30 rd ak mags
Answer: It does fit, however it’s a pretty tight fit. I used standard airsoft AK mags and they would only fit one per pocket. I really only recommend it for roll playing in any Milsim Op and not as a primary piece of gear since you really can’t hold a whole lot. Side pockets work good for holding small random things like EG-67 Pea Grenades or ACE bandages which was a plus for I needed to accomplish for OPFOR. Hope this helped!

Answer: I'm no expert. I also don't know Chinese. But I can tell you it's got this blue ink stamp on the back with what looks to me like a Chinese symbol, large with a bunch of smaller ones around it, and in the corner of the whole stamped block of symbols is a 4-digit number 7319. Another tidbit is it came wrapped in a greasy plastic bag that smelled a way, that was sealed in a ziplock. A friend said the greasy bag was a give away that it was surplus but who really knows. Maybe it was cosmoline. To the best of my super meager knowledge it looks and feels legit. Hope that helps.
