Answer:	China. While I hate supporting them, you have little choice nowadays since most things are made there now. It is a decent air gun however, quality is up to par. My 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son really enjoyed shooting it. There is a small barely legible Ruger emblem on top of barrel, looks like a sticker. And another barely legible sticker with the usual safety warnings on side of barrel. Embossed into the fore end is the Made in China script. You really can't see it though, I had to take out my magnifying class just to read it. Good starter air rifle for kids or even for adults to use to plink.

Answer:	I think the rod may be a tad too light for trolling. It probably can handle live bait fishing but would probably use a heavier rod. My opinion only.

Answer:	If you're not planning on jigging boatside too much I would go with the longer rod. The longer rod will get you a little more reach while drifting and more distance while casting. You won't notice a ton of difference between the MF and MXF other than the MXF will be a little more snappy than the MF, but they will be pretty close. The biggest thing is you will have to go with a 6'3" or 6'8" if you want an X-Fast action because they don't make it in the 6'6". Both the 6'6" Medium/Fast and the 6'8" Medium/X-Fast are great all around poles and should accomplish what you're looking to do!

Any fishing retailer (Bass Pro, Cabelas, etc) has them in adjustable lengths and hold multiple rods. These obviously can't be carried on and must be checked in. Another option is fed ex or ups them to your destination. Not cheap either way, Some Airlines as much as $50 for check in. Fed Ex may actually be cheaper. Hope this helps.
