Hey Cory. You can do crunches using it, as long as you are careful. I switch it to the lowest resistance setting, brace one of the handles (with one hand) against the inner side of my quad, brace the other handle with my other hand against my chest (the back of my hand against my chest) and do crunches. I typically do these while I'm siting on my bench, you could also use a chair to sit on. It is a little funky at first but if you practice, it can effectively work the abs.

Answer:	No, don’t order shoe size. The shoe chart here is inaccurate. For example, a US kids 2/3 is actually a size US kids 13. You’re taking a chance ordering from them. I’m returning my order now (way too small). They have the correct size imprinted on the sole of the boot, but advertise the wrong size to the customer.

Answer:	Hi, I have two boys one who was 6 and and the other 4. My 6yo wears a size 6/7 or small and my 4yo wears a 4T/5T or XS. I placed an order for for a 6/7 and a 4/5 and they both ran fairly big. My 6yo was able to fit fine in the 4/5 which is the one I offered for my smaller son. For best results you should probably go into the site and review their size chart. Get the child measurements and compare them for the best fit depending on how big / tall your child is. Their measurements go cases on Inseam measurement from crotch to ankle and it provides the shoes size. I wish I would've done so but it worked out cause it would allow for them to wear it for a couple years but it was pretty big on them. If you ask me I think you would be safe with the 4/5 as the boot size goes up-to 12.5 but would hate to misinform based on your child's size.
