They are only good for up to 40lbs on a compound bow though. A compound bow 40 - 55lbs needs a 400 spine, 55-70 needs 350 spine, etc. |

| Answer: | They may be too thick for shaft of arrows. Most arrows I have seen are 1/4 inch. But with wood may have to be larger. I know you could make an arrow from these just not sure if it woukdnt be too big. I tecomnend going to a box store like home depot or walmart and looking at the ones there to help you decide. | Answer: | I haven't received them yet but if you get them look up Lancaster Archery on the internet. They carry everything so you would be able to get the right size. But since I haven't tried them yet not sure how accurate I can shhot them. |

| Answer: | I do plan to hunt with these.But... The shafts are fine I have shot them couple hundred times. But when I received them. They were wraps in bubble wrap very tight. The Fletching is very soft and they did not relax to a normal vane shape. Some were so compressed they did not return to normal shape. So what I did was to remove their Fletching and replaced them with four 2 " vanes. Which help correct the other problem, the Nocks. They are loose in the shaft. Shooting with the original 3 vane you will run into a problem when you went to shoot them. I placed a drop of glue which corrected that. Bottom line, it cost about 30 cents per arrow to reflects and I feel these arrows are of good value and will work fine as a hunting or target arrow. Hope this helps. |
