I’m a moron because I broke off key #1 and lost key #2 this week, so I got to play “thief” and break into my own box to get my gun out. YES, it’s pretty well built (metal, not plastic), but I was able to remove it from my car with simple wire cutters. Getting the box open was another story, I couldn’t defeat the lock, not even with my lock pick set because it’s keyed on 2 sides, not just one. The pinnhinge on the opposite side is slightly recessed, so you can’t remove that without denting the lips, which I did with a screwdriver and hammer. I then knocked the hinge pin out with a hammer and small Phillips screwdriver. So will it keep someone from stealing your stuff? Not if they bring along a few key tools, but it’d be difficult enough to discourage a “snatch n grab” kind of theif (or kids).

Answer:	Maybe the manual is online somewhere, but it’s fairly simple: Press the program button (inside, in a little hole—may need to use a pen or paperclip) and it will beep. Type the combo you want, and press the program button again. Has to be fairly quick or it times out. I think it flashes green or blue if successfully set, and flashes red if it was not set. Same for the RFID chips. Press the button, hold the chip on it till it beeps, press the button again. Hope this helps.
