Answer:	I bought three of these umbrellas and thought that they were defective because if you fail to open the velcro clasp that holds it closed, it will not extend. Once the clasp is unfastened, it extends into a full umbrella with the press of a button. One hand operation to open. Surprisingly, when open, if you press the button the umbrella collapses. But then you need to push it back into the closed position. Pretty cool.

I did not try my travel hair dryer, but am afraid it would not have zipped. They are narrow but that is because they lay pretty much flat for easy packing. I am very happy with mine. Have both the large for me and the small one for my husband.

Answer:	Mine does. If you see the extra middle zipper on the right side, that is the gusset zipper. Not all have it. The one in this photo does.

Answer:	From memory, we estimate the 68” umbrella came in a box 6” x 6” x 45”. The pole alone measures 40” and does not fold smaller. The 62” umbrella pole measures 13 1/2” in length when folded. When folded, the diameter is 2 1/2 “. The box for that one fit into my mailbox without any difficulty.

Answer:	The bag locks with a combination set by the user/owner of the bag. I was not able to locate the review mentioned so am not able to understand how the bag is not secure.

Answer:	Yes. Best bet is to lock the buckle, but do not roll the main opening shut. Cold water. Gentile cycle. Hang dry upside down. You can also wash it out with Sink Suds.
