Answer:	I would say this is a regular flex. Its bendable for sure. Keep in mind if you swing fast enough you create a lot of torque that the head of the shaft won't keep up. Your ball may stray off the center.

Answer:	The nylon case itself will not mar the finish of your guns. But, the rest of your equipment will with everything being loose in the bag. You should put your handguns in a small zippered nylon, or leather bag inside your range bag, to avoid scratches and abrasions. Hope this helps.
