| Answer: | Yes, unlike all the other brands our bands are all the SAME SIZE. We actually vary the resistance of the fabric which means that every band FITS PERFECTLY above the knees. All other brands have a loose 'easy' band and a too tight 'heavy' band as they vary the size. We are different and this means that our bands are more EFFECTIVE as you get the full mobility in every movement :) This means you'll see better and faster results and have a more comfortable workout. |

| Answer: | Thanks so much for your question! The light grey (lightest) band is great for arm workouts. Many of our customers use the grey for upper body too and also stretching. Any workouts you are currently doing with loop bands will be fine with the grey strength. The other two strengths will likely be too tough for the arms as they are designed for glute and leg training as these are significantly bigger muscles. |
