Question:	Are the batteries rechargeable
Answer:	This is your motherboard controlling the voltage to the fans based on a fan curve. As the temperature rises it will increase power and RPMs increase (but so do the lights). Go into BIOS and either turn off DC control or change your fan curve to always be at 100% (or maybe like 75% to reduce noise). This is a feature not a problem. More expensive PWM fans will have an extra pin and you can control the RPMs without changing the lights but these are only 3pin so they are controlled via DC or not at all.

Answer:	Yes, you can unscrew the plastic on the top to clean up things. It is good but not enough for what I intended. I used this one but the "metal filter" still had passing holes that were too big for me (I was using it in a washing machine to clean the water from very fine sand clay). I had to try another one that looks cheap but worked great. In amazon it is the" "3/4" GARDEN HOSE THREAD INLINE FILTER 120 mesh, if you would like to take a look. This injet filter may be a good filter if you want to filter water from a pond or lake for example but it all depends on how much filtering and the amount of debris you need to manage. If you have too much dirt to clean, another option may be this one: Powerfit AP31076 Sediment Filter Attachment for Garden Hoses and Pressure Washers, also in Amazon. Regards.
