Answer:	Be glad you asked. They vibrate rather than massage, but I like to use mine when I'm sitting watching tv. Pretty good. My fave is also on Amazon : Miyashi massage pillow. I have one in every room! 3 speeds, and larger than the Healthmate. Try it!
