I have mine on polished marble 12-inch tiles and glass and they work great, but you still need to check them before each use of the shower (they each have good indicators that the suction is still intact) as they frequently lose suction over a period of days and have to be reset (a simple task).

Answer:	About 24 inches by 67 inches. It's slightly smaller than the mat. The rubbery grips on the bottom help keep the towel on the mat. I bought 2 so 1 could go in the wash. Hang dry and no fabric softener. It keeps my hands from slipping and absorbs the sweat.

Answer:	I would not attempt to run while using the abs stimulator, due to the fact that it produces small amounts of electric shock. If you add sweat to the mix it might be very uncomfortable and the adhesiveness of the pads will be less due the sweat. I use it after my abs workout on dry skin.
