Answer:	I do not recall reading washing instructions but I have had success throwing the towel in the regular wash and hang drying with no problem. The mat dries quickly even thrown over a chair.

Answer:	It is not designed to be worn cross body, but it certainly can be. I am 6 foot 160, with average sized shoulders, and I can wear it that way with a pretty tight fit. But no it is not designed to be worn that way. Hope this helps! :)

The strap itself, from the opening of the bag is 15 inches long. And the total length of the bag is 25 inches. Also, the small zipper pocket on the inside is 8 inches wide by 5 inches deep.
