Question:	My mat has marks/indents on it from the strap straight out of the box. Do these marks eventually fix themselves or will it always be marked up
Answer:	We moved the straps to a different spot and about a week later they fill back in. My dd7 uses the mat so she just puts the straps on all messy and folded over. This makes her indents deep and not wide and hers fill back in.

Answer:	I'm 6' 5" male, this mat is exceptionally long. I do find that lying flat from top of the map to bottom the mat cuts off at about the ankles. I do lots of core/ab workouts on my mat the padding is thick enough to make it comfortable and large enough to perform crunches or other exercises on without my body making contact with the floor. I don't mind my heels hanging off on the rare occasion that they do because all other points of contact are on the mat.
Question:	Can anyone confirm the "anti-tear" claim? Does the mat, after several uses, began to shed/tear
Answer:	I purchased the GoYoga Exercise mat in January 2016 for physical therapy exercises. For the last year, I've used this mat every week (about 5 out of 7 days per week). I haven't had any problems with the mat shedding or tearing. At about 1/2" thick, this mat is more comfortable for doing PT exercises on than the thinner 1/4" exercise mats. Glad I bought it!

Answer:	Not sure of that. This mat is primarily good for having to be positioned on knees, or laying down and doing various exercises.Running, jumping jacks, etc may not be a good idea on the mat.

Answer:	yes. especially for a cheap mat i've found it to be great. it gives enough cushion where you can't feel the floor on your back at all. the only complaint i can see people having is that the mat is a little small and it rolls back a lot because normally you roll it up after use. for me though, i just accept the fact that if i'm doing leg lifts or other exercises that require full body extension my feet might hang over the end. to me it's not a big deal and this mat is perfect for what i need it for. if it's just straight sit ups you're looking at and you're not 7 feet tall, you should be just fine.

Answer:	I am not familiar with the mat from P90X but the Hemingweigh xtra thick is a very good quality and comfortable mat for the price. I work in a fitness gym and I have not seen a better mat than the Hemingweigh in that price range.

Question:	Hi, can hemingweigh or someone else advise me about cleaning the mats? they are for a class. what works best without harming the mat? thanks
Answer:	At my gym and pilates classes we use a cleaning solution with water and white vinegar (equal parts), or water and a couple of drops of tea tree oil in a spray bottle. Vinegar and tea tree oil contain anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Spray and wipe down your mat with a soft cloth or paper towel. You can even bring your cleaning solution with you and clean your mat after each use. This appears to do an ok job.
Question:	How heavy is this mat? I am looking to use it for camping
Answer:	Hi Patrick, for Camping, this lightweight Yoga mat would be fine (easy to carry), especially in a sleeping bag. Howeva' for Yoga, it's extremely too thick. I hope that helped.

Answer:	Pretty wide. Almost half my size and I'm 5 ft 3 in.

Question:	Ok here is my stupid question. which side of the mat do you use. one is smooth and one has ridges? is it just a matter of preference
Answer:	I've used it both ways. It seems counterintuitive, but the most stable way to use the mat is with the ridges down so you're standing on the smooth side, grips the floor to stop it from moving.
Question:	Is this yoga mat non-toxic? Does it smell bad like chemicals? Thanks
Answer:	Smells like any other yoga mat. I don’t know if it’s non toxic. Never tried eating it and I would suggest you don’t as well. 😉😜

Answer:	no. there is no braille on the mat I ordered. I think that would be a great idea though. That way there is some texture on the mat for your feet too. Be pretty cool.

Answer:	Absolutely! I like putting a towel under mine to keep dog hair or other debris from sticking to it! It will only slide a little, but not enough to mess with your practice. Enjoy!

Answer:	I, personally have been using mine for 2 years now without any print coming off. This mat is GREAT! The colors are embedded within the fabric so they don't come off.
Question:	Is this mat okay for Bikram yoga
Answer:	In Bikram yoga you always place a large towel over your mat. Yoga towel or beach towels are best since you 'll be sweating a lot. So yes, based on that this mat is good for Bikram.
