Answer:	The mat is sticky with or without sweat. It will not move. It holds on to the floor and the yoga towel very well. I personally love this mat because it's cushy.

Answer:	I've been using a homemade mixture of 3 parts water, 1 part witch hazel with alcohol, half a teaspoon of tea tree oil and 20 drops of peppermint oil on my Sol mat for over a year, and finally realized that my mat cleaner is taking the finish off my mat. It took several months for this to be apparent. Maybe it's the alcohol in the witch hazel, or maybe the tea tree oil, but I'm ready to buy a new mat now because it has lost its non-slip characteristic. I'm going to buy another of these mats and use the homemade alternative cleaner they recommend: "cold water and a mild detergent".
Question:	Does this mat really work well for a whole sweaty bikram class with out a towel? Really want an all in one option for Bikram that works
Answer:	Yes it does. The only issue I found was when I went to class right after putting lotion on....made the mat slippery once I started sweating. I use just a vinegar and water solution to clean it and it stays tacky enough to keep me from slipping and the sweat wicks away.

Question:	Is the 5mm too thick for balance exercises - I'm very balance challenged
Answer:	It's pretty large: 10-12", and it doesn't roll up too easily. But in every other way, I highly recommend this pad. The foam is terrific--it's just because it's so dense that it is a little hard to roll. The color I got was EXACTLY what I had asked for. It's wonderfully comfortable for yoga and any floor exercise. Very highly quality, just a little awkward to roll up. It comes with the black handle you see--the two circular straps are elastic. It is A-OK with me!

Answer:	I don’t know the exact material, but it’s the same as any yoga mat I’ve ever used. It’s actually a little thicker than some, which makes it more comfortable for me.

Answer:	I wouldn’t say it “sticks” but it doesn’t move around. I use mine on carpet and have had no issues whatsoever with sliding.

Question:	My mat has marks/indents on it from the strap straight out of the box. Do these marks eventually fix themselves or will it always be marked up
Answer:	Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat.

Answer:	Ordered 1/4/20 Prime and "fulfilled by Amazon Services" but hasn't shipped as of 1/13/20. According to Amazon site it is in stock and we could have it Wednesday, 1/5/20 if we ordered now or nine days ago. We will see.

Answer:	It’s long enough to be a good sleep mat. But the material is a synthetic leather like material and does not breath that great. It better then the floor, the foam is fairly dense. It’s a great mat for relaxing on the floor, working out, and perfect for kids or a not so picky adult to nap on.

Question:	i have a fractured tailbone and need to do more yoga but sitting is painful. Will this help alleviate pressure
Answer:	I do not believe it will. I purchased this mat for the “padding” because after my carpal tunnel surgery, any pressure on my hands hurt. This mat does not provide a lot of cushion... I hope this helps.
