Answer:	I don't know if there is latex in these weights, though they appear to be covered in some type of neoprene. I confess I was not pleased with my Gaiam 2lb. weights, as they were not actually 2 pounds apiece in weight. I weighed each one on a very accurate scale, and each one was WELL below 2 pounds.

Answer:	With the strap, these are easy to hold for any size hand. As to weight, these are good for anyone just starting to walk or do other foot exercises to build up your arms as well. If you already walk regularly, I'd say that 3lb weights would be more productive.

Answer:	I was just on the phone with Amazon Customer Service to clarify the return policy before buying it and they said that a 12 month free retursn full refund if issues policy comes with the purchase.
