Answer:	Yes. The white for sure. I wear a sports bra underneath and you can tell if I'm cold.

My workouts are pretty intense though so if you're small up top they may sit just right and not move around much for you. It's a great shirt the compression is nice there's plenty of room at the bottom when you need to twist and bend and flex the arm holes are really a great size they don't Bunch up and cut into you and across the shoulders that doesn't dig in either I've had church that do that too these are great shirts.

Answer:	I don't know exactly how bright but they were not as bright as electric ones and the problem was could not get enough sunlight to fully charge so were dull to no light at all at least for me. I don't think the solar panels are large enough unless you have full sunlight most of the day.
