Answer: I am the same height and just 3 lbs lighter. Originally went wirh the small/medium but it was too small. Exchanged it for the medium and am happy with the fit. At first it will seem tight but with proper adjustments around the groin and shoulders it fits right. Shaved 5 full minutes off a 1,2 mile swim. Awesone suit but again In my opinion go with the medium.

User questions & answers

Question: Is this a suit that holds water out? or is it a typical "wet suit". For instance, if I wear a sports bra under it, will it stay dry? I am running my first triathlon and am trying to figure out what to buy
Answer: I only planned to use this suit to swim in my pool in northern California, occasionally, during milder weather. However, I found it to be very cold. When I talked to a guy in a local scuba diving store, he told me that I should have bought a much thicker suit. Too bad.
