Answer: | If you're refering to the looped style bands, then yes. Your simply have to loop the band around and then in through intself to secure it. However you'll need to make sure that you only set it up from the top bar which is the actual pull-up bar and not the bottom support bar that rests on the frame. I use gymnastic rings on it and its fine. Just note that these activities are not recommened/covered by the products intended use/manufacturer. |

Answer: | I know this is a little late, but I box and have my own punching bag so I'd like to offer input. Please don't do that. It's going to fall as soon as that bag starts swinging. Also a doorway isn't a very safe or effective place to practice. I have made two bag stands out of cheap 2x4's since my apartment won't let me hang a punching bag either. |

Answer: | This hooks on two metal tabs that you slide behind the door frame. It should be fine with any wood door frame on a wood or plasterboard wall. And you can pull the tabs out when you're done, leaving little evidence anything was there. So if you're in an apartment and worried about lease terms this should be fine. But there needs to be a little give between the door frame and wall. A metal door frame on a concrete block wall (thinking of my old college dormitory here) would not work, for example. As for screwing something in: No screws. |
