Question:	How many come in one box
Answer:	Yes it will work for both. I have a spigen tempered glass screen protector on my phone and thin piece of metal stuck to the inside of the rubber on the back of the case. This case makes the phone a little heavier, so occasionally the phone will fall off of the magnetic mount in my truck when I hit a bump or on a bumpy dirt road

Answer:	I cannot say for sure. If your current holster is case specific I'm inclined to say no. The Commuter and the Defender are different enough that the case is most likely not compatible. However, if it's a generic/non phone case specific holster, then maybe. I use the Commuter and a glass screen protector. Answer:	No, there is no screen protection with this case. The edges extend probably a millimeter beyond the edge of the screen.

Answer:	Yes! You can order Separate free-weights! I bought 4 x 10lbs and add it on to this barbell for deadlifts and such! I don’t believe this brand sells them but many brandS sell the weights for the ends to make the bar heavier!

Question:	What is the maximum weight limit on bar
Answer:	The manufacturer says on the 'instructions' included with it that you should not load more then 60lbs on the bar (probably including the 5lbs of the bar itself).... It's a 3 piece bar that screws together so there's probably some structural limits because of that design. I wish I had known that prior to purchasing, 60lbs is way to small even for beginner lifters.

Answer:	The two leading sugar alcohols are Xylitol and Erythritol. The ingredients does not specify which. Both are excellent sugar substitutes; very low glycemic index (near zero). Xylitol actually has a mild anti biotic property that is used in some nose spray products. Erythritol emparts a cool tasting sweetness (cool as in low temp, not as in "really cool"). Both are great sweeteners.
Question:	Why aren't the nutrition labels included as one of the images? I would never buy a food product for the first time without looking at the label
Answer:	The new package (for the lemon, which somehow linked me to this bar) is: 24g total, 13 sugar alcohol, 0g sugar, 0g fiber. I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure this means that it is 11g of net carbs and not as "Low GI" as it purports to be.
Question:	Got a sample in the mail that says 20g protein per bar, but the bar inside says 10g of protein per bar for salted toffee pretzel. Is it 10 or 20g
Answer:	Ingredients: Protein Blend (Soy Protein Isolate, Calcium Caseinate, Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate), Vegetable Glycerin, Maltitol Syrup, Cashew Butter, Water, Sunflower Oil, Palm Kernel Oil, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Lecithin, Natural Flavor, Salt, Citric Acid, Monk Fruit Extract. CONTAINS: TREE NUTS (CASHEW), MILK, AND SOY.
Question:	For the crispy protein bars, I can see that Isomalto-oligosacharides are the second ingredient, but I was wondering how many grams are in each bar
Answer:	It's sweetened with glycerol, the second ingredient. That is why there is 21g of sugar alcohol instead of sugar. Sugar alcohols don't affect blood sugar as much as sucrose (delays release a tiny bit), but glycerol is the closest sugar alcohol, and in fact has more kcals/gram than sugar. Sugar alcohols don't fully break down, leading to bloating and diarrhea.

In fact, our founder is very sensitive to dairy so he wanted to choose a protein source that was very digestible to consumers with dairy sensitivities.
Question:	Could someone comment on the expiration date of the boxes they've received
Answer:	The box I just received was "Best by July 2019" which is 10 months from now. However, the oil had separated out and they were tougher to chew than jerky. Second time this has happened with Amazon fulfillment of Rise Bars.
Question:	i ordered 2 boxes of these recently (we order them very frequently) and this time the bars are hard as rocks and almost taste stale. Please advise
Answer:	these bars are best if kept at or above room temperature...otherwise they can become harder to chew. i had that problem a lot this winter being it's been so cold (even inside!). usually sticking them in my pocket 'warmed' them up to make them softer.

Answer:	You are reading that correctly. It is quite high for sure and if your goal is to limit your sugar intake (as we all should) this is not the way to do it. I will however say, that for my athletes, the other benefits of the Promax bar (double fudge) and the fact that they are extremely active, it is well worth the extra sugar (I also push extra water on them when eating ANY high protein bar). Also keep in mind, they are NOT 'meal replacement' bars. **remember this is simply MY OPINION.

Answer:	The cookies and cream bar I tried had a thin coating of white chocolate over the bar. I keep my bars in the fridge so my bars were not mushy at all. It has a smooth texture and it was delicious. I eat 1/2 a bar for lunch and it gives me enough energy to power thru the rest of the work day. Answer:	No, not at all. It's closer to 86". You would need to buy another pullup bar that doesn't angle up and attach it but then there's no room for your head above the bar. Adding the lat pulldown attachment takes it from 81" to 84" high. You can use the included dip bars and do inverted rows to work the lats.

Answer:	You would have to add another cross bar to stabilize the cage. The bolts allow you to flip it upside down. The lat pulldown attachment is 84" high.
Question:	Anyone make weight pegs that can fit on the side of this cage for plate weight storage
Answer:	So HulkFit sells weight pegs but for some reason the quality isn’t as good. The pegs don’t aim upward and the weights can slip off. I found that the Yes4All 2x3 weight pegs work really well for this cage since they aim upward.
