Answer:	19 inches at bottom of upper portion when flat. 18 inches at top of upper portion when flat. Apparently it is not perfectly level in the flat position. The head is lower than the butt by an inch. Seat is at 19 inches in all locations. This is to the top of the cushion without any weight or person on it, which would obviously compress the padding some.

Answer:	The seat is approximately 12 inches wide. It is not a very good bench for decline. It only has one setting and it goes all the way down. I bought it for the decline. Had I known this, I would not have purchased this bench.

Answer:	There are three angle settings for the seat (0, 15, 30 degrees) and seven angle settings for the back (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 degrees). The picture appears to have the seat set at 30 and the back set at 75.

Answer:	No, it does not hit a true 90 degrees. The seat will lay flat. The back makes it up to about 85 degrees from vertical.

Answer:	It is NOT 16.5 inches! With the cushion installed, in the "flat" configuration (seat and back in-line) the bench is 19.25" tall.

Answer:	I weigh 230 and I forgot this bench was rated to only 500 lbs. The other day I benched 315, and then bench didn't budge. I'm guessing this bench is a bit underrated. This was all with the bench in the flat configuration. The bench will be closer to failure with the incline up, but I don't hesitate to incline 225 with the bench one click from the full upright position. I'm not gonna be the guinea pig for benching 315 on incline though.

Answer:	I haven't tried it but would like to point out that the bench has a slant so that could be a concern.

Answer:	Really less than 12" across. If you're doing dumbbell bench presses, then it's fine. It you're looking for this to be your bench with a barbell bench, I would suggest finding one that's a little wider. It's a stable bench, but the barbell might be a little more than this bench can comfortably handle.
Question:	Can that obnoxious leg brace be removed
Answer:	Hi , the pad length is 42 in long. I am 6' tall. If I wanted to use for bench press I could. It should be enough for ya.. Dave

Important Assembly Note

As with any other piece of strength equipment, do not tighten down the bolts completely until the bench is placed on a level indoor surface where it will be used. Failure to do so will allow small variations within the unit and floor to align incorrectly giving the unit the feeling as if the assembled bench is unbalanced.

Answer:	Save your money. This rack is trash for anything over 50lbs

Answer:	The distance between the beams is 13". The width of the rack is 51" with usable space of 47". The height of the rack is 37". The depth of the rack is 25 1/2". On this rack I have 2 each of; 2,5,8,10,12,15,20,25,30,35, and 1 each of 40,45,50. It will easily hold a complete set of dumbbells from 2-50.
Question:	Why is the 45 $31, the 25 $17, but the 35 is
Answer:	Well I have 400 pounds of dumbbells and the rack holds the weight perfectly. I believe that the 300 pound limit is for each tier, that accumulates to 900 pounds for each tier probably more to reach the 1000 pound limit. But the 51" Cap Barbell 3 Tier Dumbbell Rack does holds more weight than 300 pounds. 300 pounds is not the weight limit.
