Question:	Hello, I'm exactly 300lbs, 6'1 with a 42 waist. Is this to small for me to use? Thanks
Answer:	I'm 5ft 9" with a 29" waist so it would fit you all be it with little room to spare. Its great for lower back pains and Siatica nerve pain
Question:	Is there anything for resistance on the chest arm part of the machine...it appears like it would just drop if you let go
Answer:	seems like it would need some type of mechanism or twist knob to tighten or lower resistence due to ability of user- ie.. beginner to daily user and low to severe back pain.
Question:	Weight limit??? And height limit on the user
Answer:	The manufacturer recommends the weight on this product should not exceed 250 lbs but they do not have a height limit.
Question:	Has anyone had issues with theStamina InLine Traction Control System and is there a warrenty and how is that handled? Thanks
Answer:	I bought the Stamina Inline as an alternative to inversion for stretching my back. It came packed barely OK with parts loose in the box. Good thing someone taped all the seams or I would have had to make a trip to Home Depot for some fastener replacement shopping. Like another review I too had some problems with the quality of the welding and alignment. Mine went together OK but it's a little warped, and for $250 I would have expected better. (Definitely lower quality when compared to Teeter Hang Ups).I was hoping for love at first use. But even after an hour of trial and error adjustments I still am not sure if I like it. And I definitely did NOT almost fall asleep after five minutes like another reviewer. There is a lot of pressure on your shoulders and the chest pad is pretty inadequate. The only way to get back upright is to use your back muscles. My back isn't hurting right now. But if it were, it would make me pretty nervous to know that the only thing to get me out of the stretch was my back. At 275 lbs. and over six feet tall I also felt like the unit "withstood my structure with no issues". If it comes out of the box OK it doesn't look like there is much to go wrong or wear out over time....I have now been using it for over a month and I have been liking it more as time goes by. It still presses on my shoulders a lot but the Teeter hurts my ankles. It takes up less space than the Teeter and is easier to use quickly and move on. The Teeter, however, stretches the neck where the Stamina doesn't. I think the Stamina works better to hang clothes on. I like having both but I don't know which I would choose if I could only pick one.

Answer:	I am 6'1" 250+ and it had no problem supporting me, If I remember it can hold up to 350 but dont quote me on it !

Question:	Do you need a tool to fold it up? And how long does it take to fold
Answer:	No tool required. Takes seconds!
Question:	How hard/easy is it to fold and store
Answer:	Very easy to fold and store. I’ve had it a while. It’s built well.
Question:	Is this safe to use alone
Answer:	Depends on you. Are you capable of adjusting the "balance" of the table with YOUR height, YOUR weight and body STRUCTURE? I'm 86 with spinal stenosis and severe pain. I've used it down to 60 degrees so-far with no trouble but have to pull myself upward by the framework for a bit until my balancing takes over. The adjustment markings are fairly accurate but you must realize that few people are average. Our body structure, pear shape, apple shape, cigar shape, whatever, will have different "balance points" even though we may be exactly the same height. Buy it and test all the angles down to straight down with someone to help re-balance you if needed. Once it's adjusted to YOU and your body structure, AND YOU have developed technique and no "dangle" fear, it should be fine. If not, send it back so keep the repackaging materials for 30 days- just-in-case. (These comments are just my experience and opinions. I have no expertise and assume no responsibility for how YOU use them.)

Question:	Is there any easy way of getting your gravity boots hooked onto bar when you are on your own? I don't feel I have the strength to get up
Answer:	I climb up the wall across from the bar, like Spider Man. Then, hook one boot onto the bar at a time. Bare feet have better traction than socks.
Question:	Can you buy just the bar
Answer:	I am not sure if Teeter sells the bar by itself. They do sell the gravity boots separately though. And if you just buy a standard pull up bar elsewhere, it will still work with the gravity boots and cost much less
Question:	Can you also do ab exercises with this, or is it generally for spine/neck decompression
Answer:	You CAN do ab exercises but I do mine on a decline bench. Everyone has their own taste/way of doing abs. I would say a 180 sit up would be for advanced builders. If you do use it for situps, do the situps FIRST before you allow yourself to decompress.
Question:	Does this product requre a door frame? I have an old house and they didn't add frame molding around the doors
Answer:	Ii could be attached to anything, within its parameters, that is secure. The door jamb is a secure place for sure, but as long as you screw (3 screws per side) into a secure source you should be fine. Just make sure you test it out before inverting.

Answer:	No, you'd have to add padding to one. They are the same fixed size and both move as one.
Question:	What tools are needed for assembly
Answer:	It comes with tools to assemble. I used them and they were adequate, but better tools would be easier.
Question:	How difficult is it to assemble
Answer:	I found it to be very easy. It may be that the company has taken feedback and adjusted the directions and packaging. All bolts, nuts and washers were in assembled sets. Each set was labeled with the Instruction step they belonged to (i.e. Step 7 in instructions meant that the bolts for step 7 were labeled as such and were apart from all other bolts, washers and nuts. Also, the instructions matched the illustrations, and most importantly, special insets were used when it was important that parts went together in a certain way. Either I was very lucky and everything fit without issue, or they have improved the instructions and predrilling of holes that caused problems for other buyers. I was very impressed with how easy it was.
