| Answer: | You can use it basically like a row machine. Pulling on hand grips, will work out your upper body like a rower. Then laying down doing squats, using the leg platform, would be working the lower body like a rower. The nice thing about this machine over a rower, is you can change your hand position, to work out different parts of your upper body. I mean like you could go from the traditional grip of rowing, to a grip to doing curls, just by twisting your wrist 180 degrees. Hope this helps |

The 19 wires that make up the cable 7x19 cable are a smaller diameter and are therefore less rigid than the 7 wires that make up the 7x7 cable.
