Answer:	my son is 30" Waist 59" tall 94lbs i got him XL and i should have gotten L. but they fit so nice that it's ok.

Answer:	No. A 1yr old is still at an age where they "test" things out with mouthing. These would pose as a choming hazard and I'm not sure that potentially ingesting colored wax is safe either.

I've accidentally broken through other stress relievers, but this one has definitely stood the test of time.
