The foam cushion around the sides gets kinda chewed up so it might disperse the pressure better with an even (i.e. without moldings). You could always nail a strip of wood on the inside of your doorway at the top as a substitute for top molding... If you are willing to do that kind of minimal damage. |

Because retailers are unable to order specific colors we are unable to sell specific colors. The best way for you to request a specific color is to contact a seller and ask if they have that color in stock and whether or not they're able to make sure your order has a specific color. Metolius changes the available colors from time to time as well. The only colors they currently make are black, blue, and green. As someone who has set doors... you often don't have the necessary support above doors to hold a hangboard: ie, don't just screw it into the drywall and expect happy results. |

Answer: | It’s a little challenging to use the thumb loop with pull-ups and chin-ups. The thumb loop is mostly used for hand extension exercises. Attach the Talon Grip to some weight or a resistance band and put an open hand in the Talon Grip with your palm facing down. Then perform bicep curls or just keep an open hand in one position and you’ll really feel the engagement with the extensor muscles. |
