User questions & answers
Question: | What is the diameter of the Thera-Band |
Answer: | I don't think so... |

Answer: | I look for wider shoes as well. I just ordered the medium width which I believe is the regular . I have bunions and I have been able to wear this boot. |
Question: | If i have pain in both elbows, can I still use the flexbar |
Answer: | My calves are 14 inches (give or take a bit) and I would say I have about a 1 inch gap all the way around. They might be a touch snugg and I would recomend trying them on in a store first. Other than that, soild comfy boot!! |
Question: | What color and how many repetitions should I perform for the FlexBar elbow exercise |
Answer: | I wear a size 7 and ended up ordering a size 6. I originally ordered a 7 and had to send them back. I am using them as rain boots. If you plan on using them for winter boots and use the insert, then I would get the size 8. Otherwise go down a size. Hope this helps. Good luck. |

User questions & answers
Question: | What’s the difference between the old version vs the new version? Thanks |
Answer: | I purchased both the blue and green. The blue was too much much resistance when I first hurt my arm and immediately after surgery. That is when I used the lower resistance band. I would recommend getting two difference colors. |
Question: | what color flexbar do you use |
Answer: | I think so. I bought this for some golfer’s elbow, but had some nagging off-and-on wrist issues that have also gone away. Just make sure you get a heavy enough band that it can generate enough tension to effectively stretch things out. FWIW, I started with the green, then switched to the blue when I was strong enough and that’s when the tendinitis really started to clear up. Good luck! |
Question: | Is this product useful for wrist tendonitis |
Answer: | Yes I was doing a minimum of 10 sets a day. I had sever golfers elbow. 3 tears in the tendon for 2 years. After 3 months of those it was gone. I also had to completely stop working out and using my arm while I was doing the exercises. It will give you some good callouses though doing that many sets. Worth it |
Question: | Is it okay to do more than 3 sets of 15 reps for golfer's elbow |
Answer: | Bangladesh |
