Answer:	No - the screw has a rubber end on it that lets you screw them tightly so they don't wobble. They do get loose from time to time but nothing bat at all. I really recommend these!

Answer:	I ordered mine from Amazon in August of 2013 and the set I got were manufactured with metal clips, so they are a "revised" version of what some people have negatively reviewed on here (which I believe were ones manufactured pre-2010). I looked at my box, which I still have and at the weights themselves and do not see a manufacture date, but I did talk with Bowflex before I ordered mine and they told me that Amazon IS an approved distributor and they reassured me that they are not selling knockoffs, mfg defects or old stuff like you might think. Just make sure if you buy them you check to see that it says "Ships from and sold by Amazon.com." When I bought them, they were only $249.99, so the price does vary from time to time. Answer:	These are very thing. The heel does have cushioning but usually it is the mid to bottom that people have problems with and this particular insole is almost flat. It does have a nice arch support.

Answer:	Try shaking the weights to align them. The reason you can't turn the dials is because the interior clips are not aligned. If you forced the weights into alignment, pull them out again and ease them back into place ensuring the correct weights are in their correct spots. good luck
